Strengths:
Simon knows pretty much anything about anything that there is a need to know of. He is book smart and his work with the police and FBI has made him an expert in criminal behavior as well as human behavior.
Weaknesses:
He is a terrible shot...utterly awful. He is also extremley shy and doesn't do very well in new situations which makes life a bit of a chore in this new zombie filled world.
Weapon Of Choice (Within reason):
None if he can help it; he'll carry a gun if need be but that is it.
Personality:
Simon has a very reclusive personality. He is not entirely comfortable around people unless he knows them extremley well and he can easily be classified as socially awkward. Even though he may not have strong social skills Simon is intelligent beyond many his age and always has been throughout his life. Simon also tends to be extremley trusting which with 2 older brothers could be a bad and a good thing just the same.
History:
Simon was born in Pittsburgh, Pa and grew up in McKeesport, Pa. He went to Columbia University for his degree in Medicine and Psychology.
Simon was the youngest of 3 sons born to the Musial family and he couldn't be more different from them. He never really saw eye to eye with Xander but then again there wasn't anyone who did but when he needed it Simon turned to Neil as far as an older brother went.
Simon was always far smarter then most his age and he spent a majority of his time in school or doing things involved with studying. As soona s he graduate high school Simon went to college and quickly had 2 doctrats in medicine and psychology. He had just started to begin his career as a medical intern when the zombie virus broke out shattering the world around them.
Simon had tried in vain to get in contact with his family but couldn't get through no matter how much he tried. Several months after the outbreak Simon ran into Xander.
Simon had been doing his best to continue work at the New York General Hospital but slowly but surely the dead surronded them and it began to get out of hand and that was where Xander came into the picture. Though he had never seen eye to eye with his older brother he was after all his brother so Simon thought going along with Xander was his best choice especially considering that the hodspital and all of those involved with it were now pretty much members of the undead.
Simon knew that Xander had found himself in trouble for most of his life but for some reason he didn't think that would carry over to a world infested with zombies...he was extremley wrong.
Xander had somehow managed to con a rather unsavory group of survivors out of a good portion of their supplies and that group caught up to Xander in Simon as they were making their way out of the city and back towards home. When Xander was abcked into a corner as far as the thugs went he promised he would get their supplies back to them and until he did they could have something valuable...they could have a doctor...they could have Simon.
Currently Simon is being held in a rundown warehouse in Queens doing whatever medical work the group of thieves and thugs need. He would like to think that Xander intends to come back but he knows better so he knows that his only real hope is to break out on his own accord or get extremley lucky both of which he is not very good with.
